The crash happened at about 8:12 p.m. at the intersection of Goodwood Road and Front Street. Police said a southbound black Chevrolet Cruze entered the intersection and collided with an eastbound Honda CRV.
The male visitor from China, a passenger in the Honda, died of his injuries at the scene. His name was not released.
The 74-year-old male driver of the Honda and two other passengers, a 73-year-old woman and a 58-year-old woman, were transported to local hospital to be treated for minor injuries.
The 50-year-old woman driver of the Chevrolet was not injured in the collision.
A police continue to investigate.
