1. Whatever reply you get from Rolia, it won't change too much to what alreay happened, just take it easy now, deal with it later.

2. For all merchandise purchased outside Canada, you must pay tax. for things you bring along while landing, you don't pay tax.

3. It's up to Canadian customs officer to decide whether your stuff is merchandise or not and how much tax. nobody at Rolia can tell you for sure.
