2. show your letter to the safety guard at the door, he will show you which window you should head for. Indeed, go to the window which has the same color as your letter.
3. show your letter to the officer. he will find your name from a list first, mark a X beside your name and ask for your signature beside the X.
4. when you sign your name on the list, the officer will find your PR card package from a file box, take out your PR card, type something on the computer, and ask your birthday.
5. after confirmation of your birthday, he will give the card to you and ask you to confirm the info on the card are all right. check it carefully.
6. tell the officer that all the info are correct. and return the card to him.
7. then he will ask for your passport and photo id, stamp on your landing paper, tell you that you needn't bring landing paper with you when you travel, what you need is just PR card. but keep landing paper well in a safe place for your later citizenship application.
