Only for police cars. Otherwise, no matter how small is the impact, you'll have to go to a body shop.

Ali Adelstein shared a photo on Google+ of a Facebook car smashing into a Google+ bike. The photo shows how the Google+ bike is undamaged but the Facebook car took a pretty big hit.
The truth is, this was photoshop'ed. But it looks way cool. The original image is over here but note, Ali did a great job photoshoping over it.
