Our summer party is only 4 weeks away. We need to put many things in
motion now. We are calling an "all hands" meeting, i.e., committee
members and volunteers, at 7:30pm on Wednesday July 12th, 2006.
Since we are in the Canadian holiday season, many people may have
plans for vacations. We need all the help we can get. If you are in
town on Aug 5th and you would like to help out organizing the party,
please join us. If you know anyone who is willing to help out,
please bring him/her along too.
We will use this meeting to allocate tasks and plan the event in
detail. We booked the Community Room in the Sobeys Grocery store
(Columbia and Fisherhallman, 2nd floor) for this meeting.
We will also use this meeting to collect other ideas.
Come to meet the Executive Committee members and other friends.
