    2nd Lancet article, a little harder to understnad but you can see the hill review on 2nd link. vaccinated just carry the same virus load as unvaccinated so same infectious.

    • 那篇讲变异的文章提到的A30变异,不是个新出来的变异
      今年的2月份第一次发现,全世界目前只发现5例,这个变异对疫苗有很强的抵抗,这个没错,但奇怪的是从5月份以来,再也没发现一例这个变异。重视肯定要重视,但很难解释既然可以抵抗疫苗,居然没有进化成主流,这么多月仍然是个罕见变异。
      另外关于柳叶刀那篇文章 这篇文章最主要的发现,是说接种疫苗后的感染者,病毒停留的时间比未接种者短,换句话说,疫苗有宜于去除身体里的变异,减小传染性。接种疫苗后感染病毒,体内的病毒量和未接种者是一样的,所以仍然可以传染,这是早知道的,但是病毒的数量不是决定传染性的唯一因素,这篇文章就是要说病毒数量去除的kinetics因为接种疫苗变快了。总之,可以肯定的是,接种疫苗不能绝对防止传染,但是可以在一定程度上减少传染性,打完疫苗,仍然要做好防护,这个很重要

          • That could be. yea review process may takes some time. But if all research is done based on 5 patients, sounds sample size too small for nature.

              • I read the title not the content. The important part is that full evasion variant exists. Lucky for human race is that it apparently not as infectious as other variants.

    • 完全免疫逃逸的变种可能来自delta子变种,在人口里感染比例不到10%,根本发现不了。就算完全免疫逃逸死亡率是10%,在感染里占10%,死亡率也就多1%,根本发现不了。等发现基本晚了。 +2
