Pfizer VE aginst symptomatic infection drops to 45% by week 10, while Moderna holds at 70%. My suggestion: 1. always keep the following figure/data in mind: the vaccines are very effective at preventing hospitalization and death even with 2 doses; 2. take the booster jab; you may consider taking the Moderna booster but keep in mind it has a higher cardiac risk especially for those under 40; 3. keep distancing and masking; avoid gathering in the next few months.  Vaccines are effective but have a lot to improve.
