xlookup第一个是你要找的条件，第二个是条件所在列/行，第三个是结果所在列/行，第四可以缺省，第五是条件match程度（0是绝对match）。vlookup的结果所在列一定要在条件列的后面，要指出第几列，如果两列离得远 需要数几遍，如果不巧在前面，还要移动，所以不够灵活
