Key job responsibilities
You will play a lead role in both building a development team and in all aspects of the software development lifecycle including architecture, design, development, documentation, testing and operations. As a part of the AWS Talent Acquisition Technology team, you will focus on leveraging AWS solutions to build applications that will deliver consumer like experiences to AWS employees and candidates.

About the team
The AWS Talent Acquisition Technology team is responsible for innovating, architecting, and building, global and scalable technology solutions that transform the recruiting and hiring experience. These solutions will be utilized by thousands of people inside and outside the organization. This team and the solutions we build will be a critical component in AWS’s continued growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one software programming language
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
