    即pickled stuffed eggplants,比红翻天老干妈等健康卫生。

    小嫩茄子掏空去籽包新鲜小红辣椒，山核桃，浸在橄榄油里，撒盐等中东调料。

    微辣，浇在热气腾腾大米饭上特别香。还能拌面吃。
