may be more说的比反疫苗说的严谨一些，肯定没说只感染打疫苗的，病毒待人算公平。至于 more多少都是个问号，不用说还有个may，这和流感来了说多少岁以上/以下更易感染没啥区别。所以may be more要是被认为等于only，这英文翻译水平可以进联合国给今上做现场口译了

就是打了疫苗的更容易感染，may be这个词可以忽略。如果真是不确定的，may be, or may be not，CDC根本没必要说。
