This time around the elder women are voting for Dem because the Dobbs decision on abortion makes them think that their grand children will have less freedom in the future than the older generation enjoys in the past. The most recent poll in Iowa has Harris leading by 3 points largely due to the support from elder white women. On the other hand, the younger generation especially the college graduates are concerned about economy and their job prospects, and are turning to Trump. That’s why Trump did the 3hr interview with Rogan who has a large young audience.
