是HRSDC管的，根本不是CCRA管的，所以不知道楼上那个假模假样的家伙算搞的什么鬼。

发现国内EI申请和住在美国的人的EI申请好象是两个部门管的，电话号码不同。楼主要是辞职马上去美国并能在那工作，似乎申请interstate的好。要是在加申请后马上离开，可能要归到短期离加那一类吧。具体情况具体判断喽 -mossrose(种花得花); 2004-9-15 (#1888102@0)
