(2) When and where his/her money was stolen?
(3) what is the current status?
I have phoned both police and CIBC, and CIBC mailed me a letter said that it was my responsibity for the bill because only I have the pin number.
I thought maybe some body attacked the computer system of CIBC and got my information.
Besides, I have never used this card to cash advance. I am 100% sure that nobody know my pin number in addition that I have never lost my credit card.
It's very sad loss so much money whiling I know nothing about the process.
