本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛I have been working in the company since last July. My boss, who is a woman of 57 years old. she has a very bad temper and can't control her mood if she has problems. She ever made each woman in the office cried. Before I got pregnant, it is ok for me to tolerate. And, the review result at last Nov end is very good, based on which, i got an increase in my salary. But, Since last December when she knew i got pregnant. Her temper became worse and worse. She shouted at me in the phone, not because i made mistake, just becauseshe didn't want to see it at that moment. She once strongly push aside my chair in my face, throw her handbag, and pump the door.
i feel stressed. I think i should not get this kind of treatment. So i sent her an email to indicate that it is unfair for me to get this. She is very irritated at me. She suspended me at home for this Monday and Tuesday. Today she ask the office manager to call me"we need you come back to work today". When i got there, she annouced her decision. When i picked up my personal stuff, she didn't allow me to take my personal notebook.
I called human rights complaints service line. I was told it will take a long time, and, according to what i know from their websit, they just do mediation, they can't force the enforcement. So, if i need legal service, i have to contact a lawyer myself.
