Last May, a non-English-speaking father of 4 daughters, Mr. Cao, was shot 6 times in a close range and ????uted in front his daughters and wife by two cops in Portage Michigan. Mr.Cao was accused of touching his 8 year daughter's private place, while he was actually taking care of her medication for her urination problems.
Soon afterward, the Kalamazoo County prosecuting attorney James J. Gregart dismissed the matter, before an autopsy report was even issued and without a full and proper investigation first. The Attorney General of Michigan call the ????ution "justifiable"! This pretty blonde lady has refused to re-open the case for further investigation.
