Here are my questions!

1. for the prove of citizenship, I should give the citizenship card. SO "date of issue" is the made of card date or the date I got the card (oath date)?

2. For travel documents, do I need to surrender the Chinese passport and visas for passport office?

3. If I hand in application in person, do I still need to photocopy all identifications?

4. Can I choose a reference who is not a Canadian citizen but just a PR in Canada?

5. For urgent service, will the new passport be mailed to me? or do I go to pick it up?
