加拿大是民主国家，不会干涉老百姓结几次婚和担保几个人来加拿大的。我和LICKY2004朋友的意见是一致的。只是不晓得有否理论依据？例如相关网站？听移民中介说过是从前申请人登陆日算起3年内不得结婚的，还是只是中国移民中介的想法？谢谢答复。

首先我同意你的观点：担保人必须承担前配偶（申请人）的3年义务。
其次，但在离婚时申请人如不提出赡养条件，我认为视为申请人弃权这个担保人的这个义务。对么？
再次，在担保人对申请人没有任何义务的情况下（我们离婚时没有任何财产纠纷，也无孩）担保人也不能结婚么？

你可以随时结婚呀。那个链接里说的是能不能担保你的spouse移民。我认为这是那个所谓三年的说法的具体规定，就贴出来。不是三年内不能结婚，而是三年内不能担保另外一个spouse移民。三年的义务是你承诺给政府的，跟你的spouse离婚时有什么要求无关。 -hhorse(hhorse); 2008-2-18 (#4269922@0)
