4. Briing your son to court and let he testify that you ALWAYS asked him not to loose the seatbelt

5. Fight your ticket - do not worry about Points, the issurance company usually see conviction, if you are convicted, it might impact your rating.

No Points do not mean no problems.

警察认为给孩子（10岁）系的安全带不properly，有些松， tickcet 上没表明扣点，我想问的是： tickcet 上没扣点，法庭上就不会扣点吧？因我想给自己辩无罪，因为我给系好了，孩子为了够掉在地上的水瓶子弄松了belt, 我没有过错，可又担心，万一法庭判我有罪，本来没扣点，变成扣点了，因为我的不认罪。肯请各位大侠，指点一二，谢谢。
