停车超时罚单，上庭时间能不能要求推迟？谢谢。
主要是因为根本就没有超时，买的一个小时，58分回来，居然吃了罚单，很不爽。最近收到通知，但上庭时间我不在加拿大，而通知单上面的电话号码打不通，请问能不能改期？如何改？
