I am a 1st year MBA in UoA, Edmonton. I arrived in Cananda only three weeks ago.
My plan is straight: get a degree, get a job, get the Permanent Residence.
I have an option here: Take a MBA degree, which is 1.5 year long, with a CMA designation, not the certificate of CMA. I wish to get an accounting-related job, which sounds easier to a foreigner.
The problem is: 1. the MBA program is only 1.5 year long, while Permanent Residence requires at least 2 years study. 2. I do not have accounting background.
Is there any expertice friend to tell me if my plan is applicable?
