Our client has a permanent position available in the west end. Need someone
who can quickly learn and support the client's web environment. Would look at
a person with either an undergraduate degree (preferably co-op) together with
related work place experience; or someone with a graduate degree and related
research / work experience. Good entry-level opportunity.
Seeking experience with as many of the following as possible:
Sun UNIX, CGI, Apache web servers, Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL*Plus, Web development,
software engineering, Java, C++
Should have Internet-based portfolio (i.e. have own web site (showing links to
sites built / contributed to)).
Applicants are asked to contact Peter via email to the address below. Please
indicate, in your message, your key qualifications / experience relating to
this kind of work; income expectation ($ per hour as this is a contract); your
business status (one of: "sole proprietor", "partnership", "corporation");
when you are available. Please remember to attach your resume (required format
below.)
Cheers,
Peter

Our client is a well known software development organization. They have given
me early warning of a requirement that would be a contract starting within the
next two weeks (approx.) and extending to April 2001. Our client is looking
for a person with skills in human factors and usability assessments relating
to software products and related services. This position could be filled by a
person with either an undergraduate degree (preferably co-op) together with
related work place experience; or someone with
a graduate degree and related research / work experience in this field.
