defect details: Areas of the building were not accessible for inspection. Toronto hydro has informed us that the main panel breaker needed repairs and the meter was temporarily bypassed; please arrange access for us to inspect the completed repairs.

instructions:
a) engage a licensed electrical contractor to perform the remedial work unless otherwise specified under law
b) submit an application for inspection with the appropriate fee to the ESA customer service centre through the person performing the remedial work
