那要看怎么理解了,UBS和credit suisse的总部都在瑞士,算不算华尔街的投行两说。摘自BBC的新闻:JPMorgan Chase is to buy Wall Street's fifth-largest investment bank, Bear Stearns, for $2 a share - a fraction of its previous value。http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/business/7299938.stm

我给你讲: 华尔街在1929年大萧条前允许BANK 做 BOTH RETAIL BANKING AND INVESTMENT BANKING,using customer 's cash to specualte on the market and eventually regulation made a new rule, that bank can be either investment banking or retailing banking. JPMORGAN was one of the top bank. JPMorgan split into two, today's JP morgan is retail banking, Morgan stanley is investment division. In 1990's the rule changed again, the banks can run both investment and retail banking again.

You are totally off here. You said the Canadian economy is doing better than the U.S' because of Harper. What's your logic?

我没说过"because of Harper.",你找原文来,故意乱引申别人的意思不好啊。
