- Perform day-to-day accounting activities of the Fund and its affiliated entities, including bookkeeping, cheque issuance and bank reconciliations.
- Direct accounting activities of Fund and its affiliated entities through collaboration with the regional finance teams.
- Maintain internal controls for the corporate office.
- Maintain the external financial reporting process in relation to the preparation of XXX’s consolidated financial statements and note disclosures.
- Assist in preparing public filing documents such as MD&A’s, annual information form and the proxy circular.
- Assist in financial planning and analysis process to support corporate and business strategies, including preparation of the annual budget and ongoing analyses related to operating performance.
- Manage monthly unit holder distributions.
- Administer loan draws and/or payments under XXX’s senior credit facility.
- Perform accounting research for complex transactions.
- Assist in preparing materials for XXX’s quarterly board of directors and trustees meetings.
