Option 1: This would improve your performance of xxx and strengthern your ability of xxx. A shining point of your annual performance. :-)

Option 2: Even though this is part of bankrec, according to MY new team arrangement, it perfectly falls under your umbrella. If you have difficulty in taking it, let me know and I can provide some training.

Option 3: I have authorization to assign tasks within this team. And that authorization is given by xxx. Both xxx and my understanding is you report to me and under my management.
