PRIMARY DUTIES
Compile and produce sales statistics reports by using various systems
Handle files, e-mails, photocopying, office duties, general correspondence
Provide administrative assistance to the Regional Administrators
Review, track and make corrections on New Agent Training, Field Recruiting Bonus and Quarterly Bonus information
Provide back-up to Regional Assistants as required
Assist on special projects
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
General administrative experience (3-5 years)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and the ability to work independently with limited direction
Some accounting experience
Proficient in MS Office (Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High school graduate
