工作内容：

- Reception

- Enter labor hours in Jonas

- Pick up the mail at the PO Box

- Match invoices with packing

- Cost code invoices and get them approved by PM and project sponsor

- Enter invoices in Jonas

- Courier invoices to head office (Hamilton)

- Accruals for month end

- Transmission of documents to Aecon (do transmittal form, put a copy of the document on sharepoint)

- Keep sharepoint updated (submittal sent and received, PO, timesheets, RFI, etc.)

- Make sure we don’t ran out of coffee, water, office supplies, toner, cleaning supplies, etc.
