Think about this again. He is not a monster. He is demanding, but not rude. He never yells to us,at least not to the analysts.The meanest thing he said is probably he thinks some work only needs 10 min/on hour/.. and he doesn't understand why it takes you so long.
He is smart and has the business insight. In most cases, he is fair and recognizes your good work (you learn this only after performance review. At certain point, your feeling is that you have totally disappointed him and wold be better to move on.)更多精彩文章及讨论,请光临枫下论坛 rolia.net
