Key Responsibilities:

· Manage company-wide implementation of new accounting standards or changes to existing accounting standards

· Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual corporate consolidations process for all divisions and prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financials

· Prepare all external financial disclosures including; consolidated financial statements and notes, MD&A, press release and AIF

· Liaise with external auditors and subsidiaries on matters pertaining to the statutory consolidated financial statements and other disclosure reports



Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Accounting

· Certified as a CA

· Minimum 6-10 years of experience

· Advanced financial reporting and accounting knowledge

· Advanced knowledge of IFRS

· Knowledge in preparing financial statements, tax consolidations and Khalix

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Experience in dealing with complex accounting issues

· Strong problem solving and time management skills are a must
