A new initiative introduced last year, the New Member Event, is a great opportunity for new CGAs to mingle with the Association, their board of directors and their fellow CGAs.
This event is exclusive to CGAs admitted to membership in 2012. The New Member Event will take place on Saturday, September 22, 2012, at the White Oaks Conference Resort and Spa in Niagara-on-the-Lake.
For some new members, this will be your first experience with CGA Ontario’s professional development program. The professional development seminars at the New Member Event are designed to strengthen your professional skills and help you remain competitive in the ever-changing accounting and finance landscape. And, as the standard is with all of CGA Ontario’s PD opportunities, they were selected to offer you more skills, more knowledge and more success.
