It is understood that you are not entitled to any notice of the termination of your employment or salary in lieu of notice where your employment is terminated for any breach of trust of this agreement or any other cause deemed sufficient in law or in any other circumstances in which no notice or salary in lieu of is required by law. You agree that your employment may be terminated at any time from any position that you may hold without cause upon the provisions of notice, termination pay, severance pay or any other payment as prescribed by the employment Standards Act and you agree that this shall be your full and final entitlement.

Should you resign your employment, you are not entitled to any payment and shall give xxx company at least two weeks notice of such resignation.
