About the Opportunity
The individual will have the ability to assume higher level finance responsibilities, thereby possessing the potential to take on roles and lead other mission critical initiatives within the Business.
· Direct supervisory responsibility for a staff of 5 with strong relationships to the financial staff located at HQ
· Hands on individual responsible for the direct preparation of month end actual results, monthly forecasts, annual Business Plan, including income, expenses and capital expenditures
· This individual will be responsible for the timely and accurate preparation of the monthly and year-end capital reports and various other activities.
About You
· Accounting designation
· 5–10 years experience in manufacturing supervisory role including costing function
· 3–5 years hands-on experience in standard costing
· Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
· Ability to work under pressure and good in prioritizing skills
· Ability to interface and motivate within all levels of the company and externally on a positive constructive basis
· Proven supervisory experience
· In-depth knowledge of spreadsheets
