In this Recovery/Property Accountant position, you will be responsible for Operating Cost & Realty Tax recovery schedules and year-end billings. Additional responsibilities include updating & maintaining Recovery Schedules on a monthly basis, calculating and processing year-end final billings to tenants, reviewing leases and setting up Recovery Schedules for newly acquired properties, conducting lease audits on select properties to ensure proper calculation of CAM and Taxes, providing support to Property Managers and Property Accountants with lease interpretation of Operating Cost and Realty Tax clauses, and preparing annual year-end CAM audit working paper files.
