Our client, located in the North part of the GTA is looking for a Financial/Business Analyst. Reporting to the Executive Team, you will be responsible for all analytical matters related to accounting and the business decisions of the organization.
Ideal candidates possess:
- ability to work internally (system costing/forecasting/development with various systems) as well as externally (cost analysis for clients, cost structuring etc)
- Must be HIGHLY detailed
- Implement & write quote system (via Excel)
- Ability to learn quickly (can be self taught with new systems)
- Excellent communication skills (breadth and depth exposure internally and externally)
- Exposure to project accounting, costing, variance reporting within the food manufacturing, product manufacturing or automotive industries
- Ability to question and provide solutions to processes, errors as they arise
- Experience in an owner managed type of work environment an asset
- Accounting Designation (CMA/MBA preferred), or working towards completion of a designation
- Must be able to travel globally without restriction (approx 3-4 times per year)
- Salary $60,000 to $90,000
