Finance Senior Specialist (Pays around $60K)
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the successful candidate will be
responsible for all aspects of general accounting including:
-Supervision of accounts payable specialist.
-Preparing and reviewing various journal entries (payroll and various
accruals) and bank reconciliations.
-Managing daily cash requirements and cash flow.
-Reconciling balance sheet accounts and intercompany balances.
-Managing fixed assets (recording additions/dispositions with proper
documentation, depreciation expenses, monthly reconciliation, etc.).
-Creating and analyzing various reports from Oracle, Excel & Access.
-Assisting the manager in various budgeting and forecasting processes.
-Assisting the manager in monthly reporting and quarterly/annual audits.
-Drafting various monthly/annual tax reports for manager’s review.
-Identifying issues in the existing processes and procedures and making
improvements.

Role purpose
Works closely with commercial stakeholders to advance company use of
customer data for market and customer intelligence to enable commercial
decision-making.
Establishes and executes coordinated plans to enhance customer information,
customer intelligence, and its use, in order to improve marketing
capabilities based on customer and channel segmentation.
Assist marketing team with developing metrics and tools to evaluate
campaign effectiveness.
Accountabilities
* Plan and implement relationship marketing capabilities (People,
Process, Technology) for target customer groups (retailer,
distributor or COI).
* Establish data quality standards,identifies and communicates data
gaps and ensures standards are met.
* Manage third party contractors and vendors to develop sustainable
data processes supporting the commercial business goals.
* Identify, validate, and implement customer specific valuation metrics
for assigned segments or groups.
* Develop, propose, and implement critical customer-centric KPIs to
measure and drive customer marketing (e.g., retention, growth,
acquisition) and customer performance (e.g., profitability, loyalty)
goals.
* Profile customer segments by understanding their distinct attributes
and values.
* Propose and implement tactics to enhance or support customer
retention, customer acquisition or customer reacquisition objectives
in the commercial functions.
* Disseminate high-quality customer information to assigned commercial
and related groups, helping them to make more informed CRM decisions.
* Support manager in establishing roadmaps for customer intimacy
enhancing capabilities.
* Assist and train commercial stakeholders on effective data analysis
and report generation.
