The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and perform well under stress while still ensuring the accuracy and efficacy of their work. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager & The Accounting team at EFCC.
MIINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
•5+ years of accounting and tax experience like working with financial statements, T1/T2/T3/T4/T5E tax returns, account reconciliations, GST/HST returns, payroll management
•Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 pounds.
•Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
•Ability to multi-task.
•Must be mobile and able to drive to other locations
•Must possess a valid driver’s License and vehicle
•Ability to Work on Weekends, or Holidays
•Other sundry duties as assigned
•Preparation & Tracking of monthly budget
•Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
•Fluent in spoken and written ENGLISH. French Bilingual an asset
•Quickbooks Software experience mandatory
