PD Seminar – How to Perform Contract Review. Hosted by CCPAA

本文发表在 rolia.net 枫下论坛In today’s business world, a commercial contract plays a pivotal role to establish the terms of any legal transactions and the foundation of the relationships between a company and its supplier or customer. As a business manager or decision-maker, you are responsible for performing the contract review or approving the terms and conditions in order to protect your organization’s interest as well as avoid being trapped by bad terms and even worse business issues. Are you uneasy about reading and making recommendations on business contracts?
