我进了你说的这种地方,靠偶然。其实不明白为什么一定要迷信这种地方呢。其实和其他地方区别不大。找别的工作的时候还要面临新东家质疑:you come from so high profile companies, why you want to choose us?now I intentionally look for relatively mid-size companies to diversify my resume profile.

You didn't stand on the company's shoes to address the real question they had:"Can this candidate stay longer enough with us?"You indicated that the reason you wanted to be with the company because it is close to your home. A weak answer! If I were the interviewer, I would have a question mark in my mind:" This candidate still didn't answer my question! There are many companies close to your home, why would you like to pick us?"

I pulled the companies FS in last two years and did research on this company qualitatively and quantitatively. I even pointed out the company advantages and pain points from my analysis results.I presented them the reasons I thought the company fits me from the business side and my skill set side.
I think they just don't belive I would stay with them for long time. I actually never thought of leaving. Sometimes, I am thinking if making the resume very competitive is a good thing under any circumstances.
