May I suggest PMO team come out a project name and a logo (optional)? When we started to think about project and document something, we just realized that we even did not have a Project Name? It could be virtual company name, project team name or something else. The project name and logo should appear in all your documents (header, footer, first page), so people who read the document can easily understand what project that document is related. Years later, when the team become very famous, you may say, I was XXXX initiative team member in 2009 (just joking)
