Google shared document does not maintain the format of a document. grassgreen brought up this issue. I think we upload whatever document we have to google shared document first but keep the original document.

Later we can ask Rolia for an FTP space to load and download the original documents if format issue bothers us too much.
Is this OK?
BTW, I received couple of emails but I can only work on them tomorrow night. I am currently busy in doing OT as we created a lot of problems for ourselves after moving to a new env over the past weekend.

I uploaded the blue print to google shared dcument site and the format was lost. Xiao xuan, if you can provide me the team lead email address, I can send as attachment tonight. It is a temp solution and wait for ED FTP server...
