The functions are almost same, but QICQ can only use in China, ICQ can be used in whole world. Download from www.icq.com

the only difference is the sever of OICQ is in China, and the security is not as good as icq. I even wrote a program to send oicq datagram using others' oicq#.

Just download both Chinese and english version, but seems that they can't display chinese properly, do they have to be running on Chinese version of windows?
