Yes, I think that's illegal, and against personal privacy, but sometimes it's useful, don't you think? here is a website supply this kind of service, but when I try it, seems the database is too old to use, all the information are wrong.

If you know to which airline company 1016 flight is belonging, just go to its website, and you can check the exact info, including delay or not....BTW, I think this flight can be treated as a flight from US, and I think it is always arriving at T2. Please double check it.
