I think it's imporsible. who can be monic in this market. there are many competitors. US has very famous unti trast law to prevent it.

原文在哪里？我的感觉是胡说八道。石油和其他商品一样，价格都是由供求关系决定的，不是谁想提价就可以做到的。你以为这是中国，政府下个文就可以随便涨价？！
