Pretty much same, but if you are rogers VIP custmor, you could get 10% discount for rental. For blockbuster, they always run some promotion, u could occasionally get 'rent 1, get 1 free' coupon from them (at least in US).

I have membership for both, I feel Blockbuster is a bit better---usually quicker "new release", kids stuff and DVD... are of more choices than in Rogers, but both is kind of expensive, and returning must be in the same store.
