His reason is people don't trust in their banks and gov in his home country. But he has been here for more than 10 years. I cannot accept his reason to carry that amount of cash.

40万现金阿?! 真的很难讲清楚, 4万还可能. 我觉得这个人挺倒霉的, 但太可疑了, 不值得同情.8成是个黑社会的. 普通人就算不相信银行, 也是在家里藏钱. 随车带那么多钱, 普通人哪有那个心理承受力 :)

一点也不同情这个人。带着40万现金乱跑，十有八九不是好人。如果真是他的积蓄，那他在加拿大也有些年头了，还会说这种“在越南，沒有人相信銀行與政府”的可笑的话？
