枫下茶话 / 法律 / IMM 5292 for PR Card?Dear Friend,
I was asked to visit the PR Card center to receive my card. In the letter they asked me to bring the IMM5292 form.
I find only IMM1000, but cannot find IMM5292.
What does a IMM5292 look like? Is it mandatory? (I landed in Aug. 2000).
