她有这么好吗？ 我早上听CBC和她的座谈， 好象没什么东西在脑子里似的。 相反MILLER就很能讲，也很得体。

Yes, She did, and she said she will. It is a pity now I do not live in Toronto. A lots of friends of mine they still support BARBARA HALL !

"能讲" means a lot. We will need somebody who is "能讲" to lobby for the City's interest at the provincial and federal level. Other than "能讲" , he has some other qualities. To name a few:

是他. 多伦多要发展总是要钱的. 要么从上面来, 要么从下面来, 都是从我们自己钱包里来. 不然就衰落下去, 象美国的一些城市一样(人家现在都往好里走了).

I get to know her actually from the debate. she is so awfull behaviour and at the following day with CBC radio, she still could not make it. I am quite sick of her now.
