VISA is a little bit more than Master Card. To get cash by using VISA or MC is treated like cash-in-advance and you will be charged by up to 15% to 20% interests

很多人不明白CREDIT CARD 为何叫做信用卡。其实更准确的翻译应该是赊帐卡。购物，取钱都是赊的，不用事先往卡里存钱

Sorry, I never done that before. But as a credit card, withdraw money from it is always going to be charged.
