用食用油加面粉混合猪肚揉搓后用清水冲净即可。

1。用清水洗一下,放入沸水中再次煮开1min。用小刀把猪肚两面刮干净。
2。把猪肚放入沸水中炖熟(不要炖烂),切成片;加热猪油,下肚片炒1分钟,加汤,小火炖至耙透;加葱花和盐;一碗汤白肉香的肚片汤就做成了。
